Research Project Policy

1. Definition of a Research Project
A research project is a focused initiative centered around a specific topic or area within a particular field of study. These projects play a crucial role in advancing knowledge, keeping researchers informed about the latest developments and cutting-edge research in the field, and promoting scholarly exchange and collaboration among experts.
2. Research Project Proposal Evaluation
A research project proposal is initiated by the academic lead and evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief of the aimed journal. Only approved proposals will proceed to the next stage, involving the launch of a call for participation or research contributions. The call for research input is typically organized with the involvement of Academic Lead and Co-academic lead.
3. Research Project Execution
Research project outputs (e.g., papers, findings) are treated with the same rigor as regular research manuscripts. They must adhere to the project’s ethical guidelines and undergo a rigorous peer-review process, usually by at least two independent reviewers. Academic Lead may participate in the selection of research contributions, but the final decision rests both with the Academic Lead and Editor-in-Chief of the aimed journal. In cases of a conflict of interest between Academic Lead and Editor-in-Chief, the contribution will be handled by another editorial board member (or an independent expert within the project’s network).
4. Publication of Research Project Outcomes Format
Our platform adopts a hybrid publication model, integrating research project outputs with regular submissions. Project contributions are published alongside regular manuscripts in the order of the overall research sequence and are clearly labeled as part of a research project. This approach ensures timely dissemination of high-quality research while enriching the content with diverse perspectives.
Centralized Access
Completed research projects will be showcased in the Journals and Case Studies section, allowing scholars to efficiently browse related studies. This enhances the academic impact of the projects and fosters interdisciplinary scholarly dialogue.
5. Join in a Project
